Forest to Fork Wild Mushroom Products is a business, owned
by Brenda Cadieux.
Brenda discovered wild mushrooms in 1989, after moving to British
Columbia. She was intrigued by their peculiar shapes and awesome
aromas and flavours. She quickly developed a love affair with
them … which later turned into a burning passion.
In
2002, Brenda launched Misty Mountain Wild Mushroom Products
and has been greeted with great success in the market.
In
2003, Misty Mountain Mushroom Products was the only producer
invited to the "Masters of Food and Wine 2003", which
is normally limited to restauranteurs. There, Misty Mountain
presented filo pastries filled with Chanterelle, Bolete, Lobster
and other wild mushrooms. It was a huge success. Since then,
our business has been invited each year to present unique
gourmet treats. Look for us at their next event!
In
2007, a key decision was made to change the business name to
Forest to Fork enabling the business to grow
further.
Things
just keep getting better and better. Our customers are located
throughout Canada and the world. Those with palates for the finest
food products will enjoy the delicious selection that Forest
to Fork has to offer.
